Family Events*
Just paid a very brief visit to this Indian festival in Nelson's Founders Park. Mostly food and cheap trinkets but a nice day amongst happy people. Most interesting was the 'Sand Painting' the kids were doing in the main pavilion. Apologies if any offence for taking photos of people, but dressing up was a big part of the fun. And it's only for "us".
Two short videos of the rather strange music - seemed to be a mixture of several cultures, but I was intrigued by the instrument being played in the second one.
